I recently ordered online from Cake Tools, and to keep the story short, I initially wasn’t happy coz my order wasn’t delivered the following day. Apparently, I had placed the order just a minute before they closed.

But kudos to the 2nd person  who I spoke with; after I followed up that night, the Filipina lady was very customer-focused as she made sure my order was delivered within two hours. I really appreciate her effort and understanding of the customer’s concern.

As for the products, everything arrived well-packed and in good condition.
