  • Custom or special-order items may require additional processing time. If applicable, this will be mentioned on the product page.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We offer multiple shipping options based on your location:

  • Free Shipping (2-4 business days) – Available on orders above AED 100
  • Standard Delivery (2-4 business days) – AED 10 (Promotional offer subject to change without notice)
  • Express Delivery / Same-Day Delivery (Dubai orders placed before 6 PM) – AED 49
  • Express Delivery for other Emirates will be on next day or same day subject to availability if order is place before 10:00 Am
  • Remote Areas (Western / Eastern Region, etc.) – Additional charges Might apply; we will contact you for cost calculation.
  • Chiller Van Delivery (for edible food items like chocolates) – AED 50 (Recommended for temperature-sensitive items; we are not responsible for melted or damaged food items if another delivery method is chosen).

4. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your selected delivery method and location.
  • Free shipping is available on orders over AED 100.
