Lactofil Whip Topping Cream 1L is a premium sweetened whip topping cream designed for pastry and bakery applications. It is a whipped cream analogue with a delicious creamy taste and stable performance, making it suitable for professional cake shops, bakeries, cafés, and home bakers.
When whipped, Lactofil creates an ideal filling and topping for all types of cakes, pastries, cupcakes, mousse, desserts, sponge cakes, and decorative cream work. It can also be mixed with colours and flavours for different dessert and cake decoration applications.
Lactofil whips to more than 3 times its original volume and gives a stable finish for piping and cake decoration. For best results, chill before use and whip at medium speed until the desired consistency is reached.
Important: Lactofil contains milk ingredients, including skimmed milk powder and sodium caseinate, so it is not vegan and should not be described as fully dairy-free.

Usage Instructions
For best results, chill Lactofil to around +5°C before whipping.
Whip at medium speed for approximately 3–5 minutes until the desired texture is achieved.
Do not over-whip. Use as filling, topping, piping cream, or decoration for cakes and pastries.
Storage Instructions
Store unopened in a cool, dry place at maximum +20°C.
After opening, keep refrigerated and use within 3 days.
Do not freeze in liquid form.
Lactofil is freeze/thaw stable when whipped.

Water, fully hydrogenated palm vegetable fat, sugar, stabilisers: sodium phosphates E339, methylcellulose E461, xanthan gum E415, guar gum E412; skimmed milk powder, emulsifiers: polyoxyethylene sorbitan monostearate E435 from palm oil, sodium stearoyl-2-lactylate E481 from palm; sodium caseinate, salt, artificial flavouring type milk and butter.
