At Cake Tools UAE, we aim to provide fast, reliable, and convenient delivery throughout the United Arab Emirates. Delivery options, charges, and estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location, the products ordered, and the delivery service selected at checkout.

Please review the information below before placing your order.

1. Delivery Areas

We deliver throughout the United Arab Emirates (UAE), including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, Umm Al Quwain and Al Ain.

Some remote or outlying areas may require additional delivery time or charges.

For international delivery enquiries, please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm whether delivery is available and provide a shipping quotation.

2. Order Processing

Orders are prepared and dispatched according to the delivery method selected at checkout.

Same-day and express orders are prioritized according to the selected service and applicable order cut-off time.

Orders containing custom-made, personalized, special-order, or pre-order products may require additional preparation time. Where applicable, this will normally be stated on the product page or communicated to the customer.

During public holidays, major promotions, exceptionally busy periods, severe weather, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control, processing and delivery may take longer than usual.

3. Delivery Options

Available delivery methods depend on your delivery location and the products in your order.

Standard Delivery

AED 15

Estimated delivery time is generally 2–4 business days, depending on the delivery location.

Free Standard Delivery is available on eligible orders of AED 150 or more.

Free delivery applies only to the Standard Delivery method and does not make same-day, express, remote-area, or other premium delivery services free.

Standard Delivery is not temperature controlled.

Customers ordering chocolate or other heat-sensitive food products should be aware that Standard Delivery may expose these products to normal ambient temperatures during transportation.

Dubai Same-Day Delivery

Same-day delivery is available for eligible Dubai locations.

Delivery charges are calculated based on the delivery location, distance, and service availability.

For same-day delivery, orders should normally be placed before 7:00 PM.

Availability and the final delivery charge will be shown at checkout where the service is available.

Orders placed after the same-day cut-off may be scheduled for the following day or the next available delivery period.

For orders containing eligible food or temperature-sensitive products, temperature-controlled transportation is used for this delivery method.

Eligible orders of AED 150 or more may receive AED 15 off the applicable same-day delivery charge, unless the selected service is classified as Express Delivery.

Express Delivery

Express Delivery is available for selected locations and may be offered in Dubai and other Emirates depending on courier availability and destination.

Express Delivery charges are calculated according to location, distance, urgency, and service availability.

Express Delivery does not qualify for free shipping or the AED 15 shipping discount.

The full Express Delivery charge shown at checkout will apply.

Delivery to Other Emirates

Delivery to Emirates outside Dubai may be available as same-day, next-day, standard, or another available service depending on the destination.

Orders placed before 10:00 AM may qualify for same-day or next-day delivery depending on the destination, courier availability, order size, products ordered, and delivery capacity.

Same-day delivery outside Dubai is not guaranteed and remains subject to confirmation and availability.

Where the selected delivery method is eligible for the shipping promotion, qualifying orders of AED 150 or more may receive AED 15 off the delivery charge.

This discount does not apply to Express Delivery.

For orders containing eligible food or temperature-sensitive products, temperature-controlled transportation is used for qualifying non-standard delivery methods where required.

Remote Area Delivery

Certain remote, western, eastern, island, mountain, or outlying locations may require:

  • Additional delivery charges;
  • A different delivery method; or
  • Additional delivery time.

Where an additional charge is required and cannot be calculated automatically during checkout, our team will contact you before dispatching the order.

Temperature-controlled delivery to some remote areas may be subject to service availability.

Where a remote-area delivery method qualifies for the shipping promotion, the applicable AED 15 delivery discount may be applied to eligible orders of AED 150 or more.

Additional remote-area surcharges may still apply.

4. Food Items & Temperature-Controlled Delivery

Cake Tools UAE takes additional precautions when transporting food and temperature-sensitive products such as chocolate and certain edible ingredients.

For eligible food items, all applicable delivery methods other than Standard Delivery use temperature-controlled/chiller transportation where required.

This includes applicable same-day, qualifying delivery services, and other suitable delivery methods.

Standard Delivery Exception

Our Standard Delivery service is not temperature controlled.

Chocolate and other temperature-sensitive products can soften, melt, bloom, change texture, or otherwise be affected when exposed to high temperatures during transportation.

Customers may still choose Standard Delivery where it is offered. However, when a customer selects Standard Delivery for temperature-sensitive food products, Cake Tools UAE cannot guarantee that those products will maintain their original temperature, texture, appearance, or condition during transportation.

We therefore recommend choosing one of the available temperature-controlled delivery methods for chocolate and other heat-sensitive products.

This limitation applies only to deterioration caused by temperature exposure during a non-temperature-controlled delivery. It does not affect claims relating to an incorrect product, missing item, manufacturing defect, damage occurring before dispatch, or another error attributable to Cake Tools UAE.

5. Shipping Discounts & Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are calculated according to factors including:

  • Delivery location;
  • Distance;
  • Delivery speed;
  • Products contained in the order;
  • Temperature-control requirements; and
  • Remote-area requirements.

The applicable delivery charge will normally be displayed during checkout before payment.

For eligible orders of AED 150 or more, the following shipping benefits apply:

  • Standard Delivery: the AED 15 Standard Delivery charge is waived, making Standard Delivery free.
  • Eligible non-standard delivery methods: AED 15 is deducted from the applicable delivery charge.
  • Express Delivery: no shipping discount applies, and the full Express Delivery charge is payable.

For example, if an eligible delivery method normally costs AED 35, a qualifying order of AED 150 or more may receive an AED 15 shipping discount, reducing the delivery charge to AED 20.

Shipping discounts do not necessarily cover remote-area surcharges, special handling fees, or other additional delivery charges where applicable.

The final delivery method, shipping discount, and amount payable will be shown at checkout.

6. Estimated Delivery Times

All delivery times displayed on our website or communicated by our team are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery times, unless we specifically confirm otherwise.

Deliveries may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:

  • Traffic conditions;
  • Courier delays;
  • Road closures;
  • Severe weather;
  • Public holidays;
  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery information;
  • Customer unavailability; or
  • Other operational circumstances.

We will make reasonable efforts to deliver your order within the estimated delivery period.

7. Delivery Address & Contact Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and working contact number when placing an order.

Please check your:

  • Building or villa number;
  • Street;
  • Area/community;
  • Emirate;
  • Apartment or office number, where applicable; and
  • Mobile number.

If an incorrect or incomplete address causes a failed delivery, additional courier or re-delivery charges may apply.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error in your delivery information. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has already been dispatched.

8. Failed Delivery Attempts

Please ensure that someone is available to receive the order and that the telephone number provided with the order is reachable.

If delivery cannot be completed because the recipient is unavailable, cannot be contacted, refuses delivery, or the delivery information is incorrect, the courier may return or reschedule the shipment.

Additional delivery or re-delivery charges may apply.

9. Order Tracking

Where tracking is available for your selected delivery service, tracking information may be provided by email, SMS, WhatsApp, or directly by the courier.

Some local same-day or express delivery services may not provide a traditional tracking number.

If you need assistance locating your order, please contact our team.

10. Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Items

Please inspect your order as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.

If your order arrives with:

  • A damaged item;
  • An incorrect item;
  • A missing item; or
  • Another delivery-related problem,

please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order.

For damaged items, please provide clear photographs of:

  • The damaged product;
  • The external packaging;
  • The internal packaging; and
  • The shipping label where applicable.

This helps us investigate the issue with our delivery partner and resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

Please do not dispose of damaged products or packaging until our team has reviewed your claim.

11. Delayed or Lost Shipments

If a shipment is significantly delayed or appears to be lost, please contact us.

We will investigate the shipment with the relevant courier or delivery partner and work to resolve the matter as quickly as reasonably possible.

Courier investigations may require additional time, particularly for shipments outside Dubai or deliveries to remote areas.

12. Changes to Delivery Services

Cake Tools UAE may occasionally change delivery charges, delivery areas, free-delivery thresholds, courier partners, cut-off times, shipping discounts, or delivery services.

The delivery methods, availability, discounts, and prices displayed during checkout at the time an order is placed will generally take priority over older promotional material or previous shipping rates.
